On Top, one of Nana Plaza’s newest GoGo bars (brought to you by the same group responsible for the iconic Billboard and Butterflies), is the latest entry in Bangkok’s growing upscale adult entertainment scene. Situated right next to Butterflies on the third floor of Nana Plaza, On Top captures that exclusive VIP vibe many visitors to Bangkok are looking for.
From the moment you step inside, it’s clear that On Top isn’t your average GoGo bar. Completely renovated from the ground up, the venue impresses right from the start. The layout is spacious and the modern lighting creates an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, highlighting a sleek and stylishly designed interior. Comfortable half round booth seating ensures every guest feels like a VIP, and the stylish raised stage provides the perfect showcase for the club’s stunning talent.
During our Sunday night visit, about 25 entertainers were working, each more eye-catching than the last. Whether mingling and introducing themselves to guests or wowing guests from the stage, the dancers were genuinely impressive. Now, let’s get into the numbers. Drink prices at On Top are comfortably within the average range for Nana Plaza, with beers at 180 baht and mixed drinks starting around 200 baht. Lady drinks come in at about 240 baht. Given that the venue just opened its doors in January and we visited during the beginning of low season, it’s possible these prices may see slight adjustments in the future, so keep an eye out.
One of the standout features at On Top was the staff. As expected from a venue managed by the Billboard and Butterflies team, the service was friendly, efficient, and thankfully low pressure. Staff members took the time to explain the menu and prices clearly without any high pressure tactics to push drinks, a welcome change from many bars in Nana Plaza. Beyond their great service, we couldn’t help but notice that the staff themselves were definitely attractive. In many GoGo bars, the serving staff tend to blend into the background, but at On Top, they truly turned heads, rivaling some of the entertainers on stage.
In summary, if you’re seeking an elevated GoGo bar experience in Bangkok, On Top is a must visit. With its beautiful talent, genuinely friendly staff, comfortable seating, excellent air conditioning, and a relaxed, upscale atmosphere, On Top checks all the right boxes. It sets itself apart as not just another GoGo bar, but a destination where quality, comfort, and class are blended smoothly for a memorable experience.
