Thailand Inner Circle recently checked out Soi Cowboy’s latest addition, and here’s what we discovered during our first visit to Hot Lips.
Since this venue only launched in mid-November, we’re sharing preliminary observations rather than a comprehensive assessment. Our standard practice involves waiting about three months before conducting thorough evaluations of new establishments.

Interior Design
The complete transformation of the former Stumble Inn location is immediately apparent. The renovation encompasses everything from the entrance stairway through to the rear section.
Upon arrival, the striking crimson and black color scheme creates a sophisticated ambiance that sets the tone for the evening.
Seating arrangements include single-tier stadium seating along one wall and double-tier options opposite. The burgundy velvet upholstery on high-backed chairs delivers both visual appeal and genuine comfort. Upper-level seats offer additional discretion when guests want more intimate conversations with staff members.
Those preferring proximity to performers can choose front-row positions directly adjacent to the performance area.

Performance Area Design
The performance platform differs significantly from typical Soi Cowboy configurations, it’s both reduced in height and width. This design choice brings entertainers substantially nearer to front-row patrons. Additionally, this compact stage design freed up considerable floor space, contributing to an unexpectedly spacious feel throughout the venue.
Ambiance
A refreshing absence of stale tobacco odor was immediately noticeable, the establishment maintains a strict no-smoking policy indoors. This decision aligns with emerging standards along the strip (and Thai regulations). The fresh atmosphere enhances the overall experience considerably.
Unlike venues such as Crazy House that feature intense illumination, Hot Lips employs thoughtfully calibrated lighting. The balance allows clear visibility while maintaining enough dimness in rear sections for patron privacy. The lighting design effectively supports the desired atmosphere.
Entertainment Staff
Regarding the performers themselves: during our December 6th visit, we observed five dancers performing with four others attending to guests. Additional staff appeared to be arriving throughout the evening.
Building a complete roster from the ground up naturally requires time for any new establishment. The performers present were attractive and appeared to be in their twenties, suggesting management’s commitment to assembling an appealing lineup that will encourage repeat visits.
Final Thoughts
The transformation from its previous incarnations as Stumble Inn and The Oasis is remarkable. Some finishing touches remain in progress, appearing primarily aesthetic in nature. We’re anticipating the completion of the outdoor deck area.
Next time you’re exploring Soi Cowboy, consider stopping by Hot Lips to experience the venue firsthand, enjoy some beverages, and engage with the staff. Feel free to share your own impressions with us afterward.
That wraps up today’s update,Peace Out
