Where and How to Meet Women During the Day
A lot of guys visiting Bangkok know exactly how to navigate the nightlife: Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy, Patpong, you name it. But surprisingly, I still get asked regularly, “What’s the deal with meeting women during the daytime?”
Some guys are early risers, some prefer daytime encounters, and others simply want to maximize every hour of their trip. Whatever your reason, Bangkok offers plenty of ways to meet women long before the neon lights come on. Let’s break it down clearly and simply.

ThaiFriendly – Your Round-the-Clock Option
First and easiest: ThaiFriendly. There’s never a time when ThaiFriendly isn’t buzzing with activity 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. You’ll even find bar girls hopping on after their shifts, eager to connect. Whether it’s 4 am, 8 am, or lunchtime, there are always women available and willing to meet up.
One word of caution: adjust your expectations. You’re probably not finding perfection at sunrise, but you can definitely find good company quickly. Keep it simple: send a few messages, set up a quick Line video chat, and take it from there.
Get Outside and Take a Walk
Seriously it’s that easy. Just get out on Sukhumvit Road, anywhere between Soi 11 and Soi 33, and take a stroll. It doesn’t matter if it’s 8 AM, 10 AM, or noon. You’ll quickly discover that plenty of attractive women are out and about, open to making new friends.
Smile, make eye contact, say hello. Offer to buy a coffee or a quick beer. Sometimes a friendly conversation is all it takes; other times, it’s even simpler than that. But the key is you have to get out of your room and make yourself available.

The great thing about coffee shops like Tom N Toms is that the environment is relaxed…

Tom N Toms – The Coffee Shop Strategy
Grab yourself a coffee at a spot like Tom N Toms (the popular coffee chain in Bangkok), sit outside, and watch the endless flow of foot traffic. Even as early as 9 AM, you’ll see plenty of fresh faces, women who’ve just finished their morning workout, grabbed breakfast, and are now wandering about, enjoying their day.
The great thing about coffee shops like Tom N Toms is that the environment is relaxed, the vibe is friendly, and approaching someone feels natural. Eye contact, smiles, and casual conversation are easy and effective here.
Breakfast Spots: The Game, Margaritaville, and More
Here’s one that surprises a lot of guys: breakfast spots. Restaurants like The Game (just off Sukhumvit Road) and Margaritaville (right at the corner of Soi 13) offer great opportunities for meeting women, especially if you sit outside or along the rail overlooking the street.
I’ve personally met countless interesting, attractive women simply by having breakfast at these spots around 10 AM. You’d be amazed at how much casual, spontaneous conversation can happen over a morning meal.
If you’re not out there, you’ll never know what’s possible. Get some breakfast, sit back, and watch the world pass by, you’ll thank me later.

Early Opening Beer Bars – Leo’s Wall & Soi 7/1
Finally, if you prefer a more straightforward option, consider beer bars that open early. Places like Leo’s Wall, right across from Terminal 21, open at noon and have friendly, welcoming staff who love to chat. Whether you want a casual drink, a coffee, or some easy going companionship, you’ll find it here.
But my personal favorite for guaranteed daytime action? Soi 7/1. This street practically never sleeps. Some bars open as early as 10 AM, others around noon, and some literally stay open around the clock. Pop in, shoot some pool, have a beer, trust me, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by how much is going on, even in the morning.
A Quick Word About Malls and Public Spaces
You might wonder why I didn’t mention malls or other public places. The reason is simple: those spots require more finesse. Thai women generally take fewer social risks in places where they could lose face in public. It’s not impossible, but the spots I’ve recommended are far easier and have better odds for quick and casual interactions.

Final Thoughts
Bangkok isn’t just a city that comes alive after sunset. There’s plenty of daytime activity if you’re willing to explore a bit. Keep your expectations reasonable, stay friendly, and put yourself out there, you might just discover your favorite time to play isn’t at night after all.
That’s all I got for today.
Stay smart, stay sharp and most of all stay real.
It’s your boy JC, peace out.
